THE PETS LISTED ARE IN THE CITY OF SULLIVAN'S ANIMAL CONTROL FACILITY
HALO DOES NOT HAVE A FACILITY AND IS NOT A RESCUE.
If you are missing your pet, call animal control.
Pets shown below may not be all animals at the pound.

The City of Sullivan holds pets for 5 business days to allow time for owners to claim.

Out-of-state adopters must make arrangements with the animal control officer or Halo to assist in obtaining the required health certificate prior to adoption.

Licensed rescues may transfer from the pound, contact animal control or Halo.

Medical and behavioral background is not always known about the pets in the pound.
To visit the pound- you must call to make an appointment.

Halo for Animals
Pound volunteer organization 573-205-5444
Halo volunteers can assist with adoptions on weekends and after animal control hours during the week when possible. Halo does not handle claims or intake for the pound. Halo does not assist in finding homes for pets not in the city pound. Call, email or message on Facebook to make an appointment. Adoption events do not require appointments.
