HALO DOES NOT HAVE A FACILITY AND IS NOT A RESCUE.
If you are missing your pet, call animal control.
Pets shown below may not be all animals at the pound.

The City of Sullivan holds pets for 5 business days to allow time for owners to claim.

No animals are placed on hold for adoption with animal control; first come, first adopted.

Out-of-state adopters must make arrangements with Halo to assist in obtaining the required health certificate prior to adoption.

Licensed rescues may transfer from the pound, contact animal control or Halo.

Medical and behavioral background is not known about the pets in the pound.

Halo volunteers can assist with adoptions on weekends and after animal control hours during the week when possible. Halo does not handle claims or intake for the pound. Halo does not assist in finding homes for pets not in the city pound. Call, email or message on Facebook to make an appointment. Adoption events do not require appointments - no animals placed on hold.
I'm neutered! I'm about 3.5 years old and weigh around 60 pounds. I may do best in a home without other dogs. I lived in a home with another male dog (my brother), but I don't seem to like the female dogs at the pound.
